Terms and Conditions

Effective from 10 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the XaiMind mobile app and website (the "Service"), operated by Mahesh Kolate ("we", "us"), Mali Babulgao Malibabhulgaon Pathardi Ahmadnagar Maharashtra 414102. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What XaiMind is

XaiMind is a software service (SaaS). It shows cricket match information, statistical predictions and an AI-assisted team builder. It is an information and decision-support tool.

  • XaiMind is not a game. You do not play a game, place a bet, stake money or pay to enter any contest on XaiMind.
  • When you buy a plan, you pay for access to software features (such as predictions and higher team limits). You do not pay for any result, ranking or prize.
  • We do not hold user money and we do not take wagers.

1A. How the AI works, in plain words

  • Data used. The predictions use cricket match data: past match records, squads, the toss and the playing XI.
  • Predictions. Statistical and machine-learning models estimate how many fantasy points each player may score, with a range from a poor day to a great day, and give estimates such as win probability. These are estimates, not facts.
  • Team building. You set your preferences and priorities. The AI then chooses the remaining players using the strategy you pick and fixed team rules (11 players, every role covered, a limit on players from one real team). You do not pick players directly; you guide the AI.
  • Limits. Models learn from the past and can be wrong. Injuries, weather, pitch conditions, team changes and pure chance can change a match. Accuracy can differ from match to match.
  • No guarantee. We do not claim or promise any accuracy percentage, any winning, any ranking, or any profit. Do not rely on XaiMind as the only basis for any decision.

2. Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
  • You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and must give us correct information.
  • One person may hold one account. We may suspend or close duplicate or misused accounts.

3. No guarantee

  • Predictions, ranges, probabilities and AI-built teams are statistical estimates based on past data. Cricket is uncertain. We make no promise of any result, score, ranking, winning or profit, and no claim of 100% (or any fixed) accuracy.
  • Nothing in the Service is financial, investment or legal advice. You use the information at your own risk and decision.
  • XaiMind is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any fantasy sports platform, cricket board, league or team. Names of platforms and teams are used only to describe compatibility or match information.

4. How teams are built

You guide the AI by setting preferences and priorities. The AI selects the players and builds the team within fixed rules. Teams lock when a match goes live. The number of teams you can build for a match depends on your plan and may be changed by us.

5. Plans and payments

  • We offer a free tier and paid plans (for example Daily and Monthly plans). Features, limits and prices are shown in the app before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout.
  • All plan payments are final and non-refundable, because the Service is digital and access starts immediately, except in the limited cases in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Reward programme

From time to time we may run a reward programme for selected matches as part of our marketing. It is free to join and does not depend on buying a plan. The rules are on the Reward Programme Rules page. Those rules form part of these Terms for any match in which rewards are offered.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: use bots, scripts or multiple accounts; copy, scrape or resell our predictions or data; reverse engineer the Service; try to disturb or break our systems; give false information; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may remove content, withhold rewards, or suspend accounts for misuse.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, predictions, models, design and content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the Service. You may not copy or exploit it except as these Terms allow.

9. Third-party services

The Service uses third parties such as Google (sign-in), Razorpay (payments) and a voucher provider (for rewards). Their own terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for them.

10. Availability and changes

We try to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, data issues or reasons outside our control. We may change, add or remove features, plans, prices or limits. For paid plans already bought, we will not reduce what you have paid for during the period you have paid for, except where required by law or to fix a serious issue.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we do not give any warranty about accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions you make using the predictions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not be more than the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or the law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pathardi have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law. Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve your concern.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms. For material changes we will give notice in the app.
